As promised we created a Free Downloadable T25 Calendar for you to use. That way you can write on it, check off how you did each day, and when you start your next round you can just print a clean sheet and start again. T25 is truly a game changing program that gets you great results in 25 minutes a day 5 days a week!

    So you are creating a Insanity/Asylum 1 and 2 and T25 Hybrid? I was doing your Insanity and both versions of Asylum Hybrid and I was hoping to find a version with T25 added to it as well

      Hi Matt! Awesome to hear you were utilizing some of the other calendars. I could create and Insanity/T25 Hybrid but it would be more difficulty to create one incorporating Asylum and T25 as they are focused on different training outcomes. Do you currently have a Beachbody Coach you are working with? If not I’d be happy to work with you to design a workout routine in line with your specific health and fitness goals.

      • I’m sorry, just saw that you replied, what I get for having over 1,000 unread emails. My situation is kind of weird. I do a bootcamp 6X a week. Combination of Plyo/TRX/KB/Barbell/Machines/Free Weights/Prowler. Doing a Tough Mudder and wish to increase stamina and such, so given that 1. I don’t have the required equipment for Asylum 2 and I found myself slacking when by myself, The owner and myself are doing the hybrid an hour before the boot camp class. Shaun T is evil

        I recently had surgery and had to take 2 weeks away from physical activity and I was just cleared so I decided on a week of T25 to prepare to get back to the hybrid. We did Gamma and It was amazing how agonizing 10lb weights were. I’m giving serious consideration to doing T25 a half hour before breakfast.
