Chalean Extreme/TurboFire Hybrid-Day 19 Ab Burner & Burn Intervals

So today had the making of a perfect lazy Saturday but instead of being a bum I got my mind right and jumped into Day 19 of our Chalean Extreme TurboFire Hybrid with Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Today I didn’t have tons of energy going in but I was in a good mood, and had a positive mindset, but by the end I was spent. I was telling John before we started I don’t think I need my Results and Recovery Formula today I’m not lifting I’ll be fine, but the moment the video ended I was reaching for it because I was so exhausted and needed that pick me up it provides.

Today’s workout was tons of fun don’t get me wrong we really enjoy this routine, it’s fun to do together, and we really push each other, but it kicks our butts every time. We started with Ab Burner and if you watch the video I think you’ll see my form has improved and I am able to stay in the moves almost the entire time now which is a vast improvement from when I started. As for the Burn Intervals I used to use the weight portion between the cardio drills to recover, I did some of the move but not all of it because I just needed that extra time to catch my breathe, but now I am able to really work hard on those weight portions as well as in the cardio portions and that is an EXTREME combination. We do high energy cardio drills where I push to my max, then we slow down and use a light weight, I use 5lbs and do Muscular Endurance Exercises, which means I use the light weight but do a Bazillion Reps!
