Happy Monday! Today is Day 21 of our Chalean Extreme/TurboFire Hybrid and we have a relaxing Stretch 40 and Ab Burner. Monday is one of those days that most people dread because you come off a wonderful weekend that didn’t have enough hours in the day to get everything done you wanted and now you have to start the work week back up and get into that routine. However Monday is just a day like any other so if you take it on with a positive attitude and a detailed plan of attack it can be a great day. A springboard for another successful week. I encourage you to take that perspective because it makes a difference! Use Monday to start your week off right! Start your Monday Morning with your Daily To Do List and get to it, check things off, and feel accomplished as you continue working through another busy week.

As for today’s workout, you know the drill we have to Stretch to prevent injury and take care of our bodies as well as increase our flexibility over time. So I look forward to Stretch 40 every week, because I know it is what my body needs to be successful both as I recover and as I move forward onto tomorrow’s workout. Ab Burner is good as well, we could all stand to focus on improving our abdominal muscles and that is just what Ab Burner is going to do.
