So let’s recap, yesterday was day 31 of our journey and usually it’s an off day (and really it was because we went to Disneyland) but because of our jam packed Mother’s Day schedule we will be counting our all day walking at Disneyland which equated to 9.1 miles according to the Fit Bit as our Fire 30 workout and will be taking a true off day tomorrow. And the most exciting thing that happened yesterday at Disneyland was we met Dodger’s Right Fielder Andre Either!

So that was yesterday what about today. Well today was another busy day I worked from 8-5, rushed home to squeeze our PUSH Circuit #2 workout in and left for the Dodger Game by 6. So this was our first attempt at PUSH Circuit #2 and we were obviously at my mom’s house and I didn’t have my Select Tech Weights which I desperately missed. So I did my best but things might be different the next time around for this circuit.

John and I both did 8 reps on all the exercises at the weight we previously chose for ourselves, so our weights may need to be upped the next time around on a few. The exercises in this Circuit are pretty standard moves that you’ve probably seen in other weight training routines. Nothing too fancy, but using the heavier weights in this month makes the moves challenging that’s for sure. The video shows all the moves but the angle isn’t great, you can see John pretty well but I get blocked or glared out. You’ll also see my puppy Nikki walking around throughout the routine. So because we were so rushed on time there is no intro or exit to the video, it’s down to the basics.
