As far as we are concerned it has been a busy day for us. We started out in Sunny Southern California where we had a Mother’s Day Brunch with my mom, then headed up to Bakersfield for a Late Mother’s Day Lunch with John’s Mom and have finally arrived in our lovely apartment here in Fresno where we had to squeeze in our Push Circuit 3 workout. It’s crazy to travel all day and come home, unpack, and press play but that’s what we did. This is our first attempt at Push Circuit 3 so we picked our best estimate as to what weights we would need, but there may need to be some adjustments in coming weeks as we get more familiar with the workout moves and our abilities. Overall I believe this was a good Circuit and it seemed to focus a lot on the Legs and the Chest.

I struggle with the lower body exercises because I believe my lower body could do more but my arms can only hold about 20lbs at a time so it’s difficult to really push my lower body. I got 8 reps on all my exercises as did John so we might need to up the weight and for me I am lifting heavier then before as I have nothing lower than 15lbs. I probably need to up my weight in the Chest Fly and Bench Press but pushing the weight over my face is still a scary experience for me so I am working on gaining the confidence to push myself in this area while still being safe.
