So today I was super excited to get my Turbo On! And you will see if you watch the video I am sporting my newly acquired TurboFire Tank Top, which I got for completing the 90 Day TurboFire Program. It’s a pretty cool Tank and the back says ‘I’m On Fire’ which I totally am. I have really taken this Beachbody Hobby and turned it into a lifestyle and am really proud of the progress I’ve have made. Oh and better than that if you watch the video you will hear Coach John say from his own mouth that he enjoyed his TurboFire workout today and thinks it’s a pretty great program. So there you have it folks I have won my husband over and made him a TurboFire fan, so who’s next? My mission is to share this program with you all and really get you to understand how fun and rewarding it can be. I highly recommend you subscribe to our YOUTUBE and watch me go through the program. I struggled, as will you, but in the end it’s totally worth it. So I’ll get back on track here and tell you we are on Day 35 of our Hybrid and had some fun with Fire 45 EZ today. This workout is easier to follow for John and it has no Firedrills, but you go the full 45mins without stopping and if you push yourself it’s a great workout.You can see today I sported the weighted gloves and it adds that much more intensity and allows you to burn even more calories.

I talk about this briefly in the video but one of my tips for you all is to make sure you are incorporating Yoga/Stretching into your workout routines. DON’T SKIP THE STRETCH!!! I know sometimes at the end of a hard workout the last thing you want to do is extra stretching, or maybe it seems too boring or challenging, but you need to stretch. I say this because not only will it increase your level of overall flexibility and help prevent injury and soreness but it’ll allow you to go even harder in the actually workouts. If you could only kick ankle level to start, but you stick with the stretch, you’ll be able to kick up around your waste and you better believe you’ll get your heart rate up and burn more calories kicking higher and harder. So that’s my tip of the day, work on flexibility/stretching so you can bring the intensity and get the most out of these workouts. Tomorrow we have PUSH Circuit 1 so I hope to talk with you all then.
