Today is Day 39 of our Hybrid and we are on PUSH Circuit 2! Today John and I are in a great mood and were looking forward to a great workout. Today is FRIDAY so TGIF everyone, and I hope you all had a fantastic Friday that leads you into a fantastic weekend. For me it has been pretty good so far I was subbing today at the intermediate level which is always a little more of a challenge for me then the high school but they were good kids and it ended up being a lot of fun. I had to go run some errands and put my notice in to return to the district next year. Then I got home and John had everything ready to go, he wasn’t wasting any time. So we hit our workout and I was really impressed with my results. Not only did I up my weight, if you watch the video below, you’ll see my form has immensely improved.

The weight chart below breaks it down for you best, but I upped my weights on all of the first 4 exercises moving from 10lbs to 12.5lbs and from 15lbs to 20lbs. John also upped his weights on 3 of the exercises: Single Leg Lunge from 40lb to 45lbs, Single Leg Dead Lift from 35lbs to 40lbs and on the Lateral Delt Raise from 15lbs to 20lbs. So overall it was a great workout and we really brought it with good form and good intensity.
