Les Mills Pump Hybrid: Pump & Burn Day 12

This is my second time attempting Les Mills Pump: Pump & Burn. I really enjoy this workout it’s the complete package if you ask me. You start with a great warm up that really helps dial in your form and get your muscles warm and ready to work. Then there are 4 working tracks: Squats, Chest, Legs & Back, and Abdominal. Once you are done with all that they cool you down with a nice stretch track. I am currently using 5lb plates throughout all the working tracks but know I will be able to push my weight as I progress forward in this Hybrid. Love coming into this workout after a nice Yoga routine, so my body feels refreshed and ready to go.

I really enjoy this 30min full Body Workout and can feel the strength it is starting to develop within me. Looking forward to my off day tomorrow.
