Why I Choose to Do the Reset?

I wanted to break through a fitness plateau and focus on my nutrition and overall health. I have been following the beachbody programs, however I have always struggled adhering to the nutrition guides. This program forces me to focus solely on Nutrition. I am excited to try new foods I have never tried before, find out what foods help fuel my body to work most efficiently and find out what food leave my body feeling sluggish so I can take those out of my every day diet.  I have heard this will also improve sleep and while I sleep well I don’t always wake feeling rested and never remember my dreams, 2 things that some participants have reported seeing improvements in after the 21 day process.
