WOOHOO IT’S FRIDAY! We have made it to the end of the week guys, can you believe it! I have had a pretty good week and am ready for the weekend. Today is Day 75 of my TurboFire adventure and I had Fire 55EZ today. My husband and I both got home at the same time and needed to figure out who was going to work out first since we are doing different programs. Well as I said, it’s Friday, and today is Friday Night date night for John and I so we didn’t want to put off working out any latter or we’d be eating late. So we decided to mix it up a bit, and out of the goodness of my heart I allowed him to have the living room and big TV and I agreed to work out in our bedroom. I won’t lie it took a little rearranging/cleaning to make it work, but work it did. I went to put the DVD in and our DVD player refused to play the disc so back to Plan B yet again. I grabbed my laptop and put the disc in there and set it up on the dresser so I could get my workout done. So you’d think I wouldn’t have been frustrated about all this by now but I really wasn’t, I had a positive attitude and was ready to get my workout going so I could have more time to just kick back and hang out with my lovely husband!

So Fire 55EZ started up and I was hopping up and down ready to go. I got through the warm up and checked the camera to make sure you could see well from the new angle I picked out. Then I got down to business and got my Fire55EZ on! It was kind of fun changing things up to this new location. I had been a bit bored with Fire55EZ and changing things to a new locale made it seem new and interesting again. That’s my Tip of the day: Change up your location from time to time! Whether that be a new room or take the workout on your laptop and do it outside in this beautiful spring weather, but it just kind of takes the mundane and makes it novel again! I had a lot of fun today and I really got into it, is was fun to have this new camera angle as well because I’d never had the camera in front of me before so I felt more playful as I punched at the camera and knew it was catching everything, the good and the bad. I made it through the Firedrills which rattled all the furniture in the room (kind of unnerving and exciting all at the same time) and then the 2 finales. I hit the cool down and was ready to get in the shower and get ready for date night!

Tonight was my choice and I picked Sushi for dinner! I love love love Sushi, while my husband is still getting accustomed to it, but overall it can be a very healthy dinner if you do it right. I’m think of writing an article on Healthy and Not So Healthy Sushi options because the omega 3’s of Sushi are so good but all the deep fried rolls and lots of rice can add up as well. So enjoy yourself, have a good time, but eat smart. I enjoyed my workout today, I had a level 8 energy level, I got only 6 hours of sleep the night before, I drank my 8 glasses of water, I ate within my calorie range (pretty sure, sometimes sushi is hard to gauge exact calories on), and had Chocolate Shakeology for breakfast this morning before I left for work.
