TurboFire Day 81: Stretch 40 (The End of My TurboFire Adventure!)

Today is the final blog for this TurboFire Journey! I know I spent a lot of the time reviewing what each workout entails instead of giving you gory details about my life, but I hope you found some value it what I had to say and what I’ve went through, as well as found a way to use what I did here to help you be successful in your health and fitness journey. Whether it be the witty commentary, the motivations pictures, the YouTube videos that document my journey and give you an insight into all the workouts you’d be doing,  the links to Shakeology (which is a great meal replacement for anyone who’s looking to get their nutrition started right!) or being able to connect on Facebook at www.facebook.com/gf2revolution. Today is Stretch 40 and I will be soaking up every last ounce of this workout to help my body recharge and feel great! Tomorrow I have Fire45EZ again and then Saturday I wrap up with a final Stretch 40! So I am ending things here because the rest is just a repeat of what was just done and I rather give you guy more useful blogs about Chalean Extreme, TurboFire Review, Recipes ect. I truly love Stretch 40 and have missed it greatly as we have not done it at all during this Final Month of TurboFire, so the fact I get it twice this week is awesome to me. Flexibility has always been a goal of mine and the more I plow through these intense workouts the more I can appreciate a low key workout that is all about reward and recovery for my body. This is one of those workouts you can do as soon as you wake up to help you start your day, before you go to bed to help you relax and sleep better, or even in the middle of the day to help you unwind and recharge before tackling the next project you have on your plate. If you commit to not skipping Stretch 40 throughout this journey your flexibility will improve, your posture will improve, and your body awareness will improve. Take your time, breathe through each exercise, and just relax for 40 minutes of your day.

Well once you finish your 40 minutes of Stretch 40 I hope you feel revitalized and ready to take on your day, because I know that’s what is does for me. Today I had a level 8 energy level, ate within my calorie range for day, drank 8 glasses of water, had Tropical Shakeology, and got 8 hours of sleep the night before. All in all I have made many healthy changes to my life since starting TurboFire and I feel so much better because of them. I am eating better, exercising more regularly, and just taking care of myself. I am about to leave for Spring Break and after my final 2 TurboFire workouts I will be taking 1 week off and then starting up a new adventure, and this time it is outside my comfort zone. I will be doing Chalean Extreme which is more focused on strength training, which has never been my forte but it is what I need to do to improve my health and fitness level, so I hope you all will join me for that as I need all the support I can get! I am starting a Challenge group of 5 individuals who are ready to commit to their health and wellness.
